Tavua College is a School of achievers, with the support of the parents, management and academic staff the school has evolved to be a more culturally adaptive and very inclusive learning environment.  This has helped us reach excellence in all aspects of the school.  We have collectively become a society of achievers and critically aligned thinkers, This has driven our students to become future community leaders who have determined to achieve success in any arena. The administration and academic staff have created a nurturing environment where students can reach their full potential.

Every member participates in continuous learning and improvement cycles that include establishing high expectations, goal setting, planning, action and reflection. To this end, we seek to develop well-rounded students who exemplify health, wellness and character development using our core school-wide expectations and values (Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be Responsible and Be Mindful). Through discovery, exploration, innovation, and creative expression through Arts integration and after-school enrichment opportunities, students receive rich, extended learning opportunities while building a positive school culture where every member feels valued and respected.
